TRADE PROMOTION MANAGER PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Support ongoing maintenance of Eggland’s Best trade promotion calendars and master price list

•Collaborate with the Sales Team to gather customer contracts & agreements

•Update promotion event details accurately and in a timely manner

•Support sales forecast/re-forecast process for accurate accruals of promotions & discounts

•Recommend, track, and enforce effective trade promotion policies and procedures

•Research, process, and code customer chargebacks accurately and timely

•Obtain and retain remittance information and backup documents for payments and chargebacks

•Navigate customer portals to access necessary backup documents and information

•Identify and dispute unauthorized deductions

•Respond to inquiries regarding billing errors, chargebacks, and disputes

•Manage and review work performed by accounting outsource on relevant responsibilities

•Contact customers to collect past due receivables and resolve collection issues

•Support Sales and Finance teams as needed

Qualifications, Skills, and Education:

•Bachelor's degree Preferred

•2-4 years of experience in Trade Marketing within the CPG industry

•Familiar with retailer portals such as Kroger, Albertsons, Target and UNFI.

•Proficiency in Excel

•Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities
