TECH TRANSACTIONS & DATA PRIVACY (INCIDENT RESPONSE)/ STAFF ATTORNEY

Client Firm is seeking an entry level staff attorney to join Tech Transactions & Data Privacy Incident Response team. This position is open to all our firm offices. Interested candidates will have 1+ years of legal experience in the field of data privacy counseling and/or incident response. CIPP Certification/US helpful.

This staff attorney will benefit from immediate client contact in a dynamic practice group as a part of a collaborative firm and learning environment. Candidates should be able to offer practical advice, have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skill.

Compensation: Salary will range between $125,000-$135,000 depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
