We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:
- An active and unrestricted North Carolina real estate license and are located in Raleigh-Durham
- At least 5 years of active licensure with at least 3 years of experience in recruiting and managing the day-to-day activities of real estate agents. A managing broker license is a plus.
- A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral
