Tax Attorney

We are assisting a sophisticated midsize New York law firm in its search for a midlevel Tax Associate. This is an unposted and confidential search.

Our team has successfully placed multiple attorneys at this firm in the last year across several practice areas and we are very excited to work on their behalf as they continue to grow!

Highlights of this position:

• Works closely with the firm’s corporate groups, including M&A, funds, finance, and real estate. Represent clients across various industries (including media, energy, and financial) in domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Work-life Balance: 1800 billables for FULL bonus (bonuses are approximately 80% of Cravath)
• Competitive Salary (increased January 2024)
