General Summary: This college-wide position supports the Director of Enrollment Services System Operations and our CRM systems. This role will play a crucial role in optimizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems utilized across the college. This position requires a skilled professional with a strong understanding of CRM systems, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and one year experience in supporting CRM systems, or an Associate's degree and three years of experience in supporting CRM systems. Degree must be in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field.

Duties
- Handle incoming system tickets and requests
- Provide support in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving CRM-related issues
- Enhance the student application process to streamline efficiency and eliminate potential obstacles
- Create reports and CRM dashboards
- Enter data as needed
- Assist with CRM project development and completion
- Support staff in learning how to use our systems effectively
