🌍 Location: Remote - client site visits when needed - MUST be based in Tampa, FL

Join a dynamic team as a Systems Administrator and be at the forefront of providing top-notch technical assistance to clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless daily operations of through both desk-side and remote support.
Responsibilities: As a vital member of an expanding team, you will take on a variety of engaging responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Key Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to resolve user issues efficiently.
- Utilize phone, email, chat, and remote management tools to troubleshoot and resolve tickets.
- Configure, test, install, and maintain servers, firewalls, workstations, and peripheral equipment.
- Install software, patches, and updates on servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Act as an escalation point for Tier 1 issues and mentor junior engineers in troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide on-site technical support as needed.
- Lead the design, planning, and implementation of technology projects.
- Assess business impact of requests, gather necessary information, and escalate when required.
- Analyze support needs, modify systems based on customer requests, and implement solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Document internal and customer knowledge accurately and promptly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting server and network issues.
- 3+ years of experience supporting physical and virtual server and network hardware/software.
- Proficient in Active Directory, Exchange, M365, and Azure AD.
- Strong knowledge of security technologies, best practices, and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience with network management, including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (IP routing/network experience preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
- IT Certifications (CCNA, MCSA/E, Azure, MS365) are highly desired.
- MSP experience is highly desired.
