Sr. Quality Engineer - Remote | WFH

What You'll Do

Collaborate with design and development teams on new and existing medical devices.

Champion continuous improvement in quality processes for both design and manufacturing.

Manage technical documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.

Conduct root cause analysis to identify and eliminate product and process issues.

Utilize statistical methods to monitor and improve product quality.

Lead initiatives to reduce product failures and address critical field issues.

Partner with internal and external teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Train and mentor colleagues on quality best practices.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have

A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (e.g., computer, biomedical, mechanical, electrical).

7+ years of experience in engineering or quality engineering.

5+ years of experience with medical device regulations and quality systems.

Experience supporting Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) or similar software integration.

Familiarity with reading, interpreting, and correcting technical drawings.

Proven ability to manage and maintain technical documentation.

Experience with statistical analysis and data mining.
