SERVICE AND SALES ASSISTANT TO SPANISH SUPERVISOR

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Must be able to work Saturdays and most Holidays
  • Must be able to advocate for customer when dealing with the service department.
  • Keep paperwork organized
  • Knowledge in: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Docusign, and Canva
  • Follow instructions to help collect customer money
  • Fast learner
  • Able to work under fast speed and pressure
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Email communications skills, send, reply and follow up.
  • Knowledge with the following communication apps: GODADDY and WHATSAPP
  • Able to follow directions and communications under supervisor
