Your day as a Site Acquisition Specialist
As a Site Acquisition Specialist at Union Wireless in Mountain View, WY, you will have a dynamic role in coordinating with various stakeholders such as federal land management agencies, private landowners, and state agencies to facilitate the placement of cell sites and telecommunication cables. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with Project Engineering and Network Engineering teams to streamline site selection and cable placement processes. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for wireless communication site construction and deployment of telecommunications cable.
Additionally, you will negotiate agreements with landowners, acquire permits, and manage surveying and NEPA compliance activities. Knowledge And Skills Required For The Position Are
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent from four-year College university or technical school or ten years' experience in site acquisition with demonstrated ability to lead or manage other engineers. Prior work experience with Federal Land Management Agencies.
Preferred - Two years of previous experience/or training as a technician or related field; and/or certifications and licenses.
