About The Role

Are you an experienced retail operations leader looking to drive strategic growth and operational excellence in a multi-state enterprise? We are currently seeking a Vice President of Operations to join our dedicated team. In this role, reporting directly to the COO and as a key member of the executive team, you will be instrumental in enhancing profitability, productivity, and efficiency across our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and maximize EBITDA.
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and guide decision-making.
  • Implement innovative workforce management models to optimize labor resources and achieve budget goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure operational priorities are in line with company objectives.
  • Mentor and lead Regional Managers to ensure operational systems run effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including safety and environmental regulations.
  • Oversee store inspections and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze market potential and propose new store locations.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to uphold positive relations.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of District Managers across various retail locations.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of retail business and financial acumen.
  • Effective collaboration skills and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in senior managerial roles.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable with standing, walking, reaching, and occasional sitting.

Work Environment

  • Moderate noise level with exposure to moving parts and outside weather conditions.

Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work/Travel

  • Full-time position with occasional travel required (50-75%).

Salary Range

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
