System Administrator/Infrastructure Manager

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator/Infrastructure Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing IT infrastructure, providing top-notch customer service, and solving complex problems. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, network security, Microsoft Servers, and other essential IT functions.

KEY DUTIES:

IT Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Manage Microsoft Servers and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Implement and monitor network security measures to protect data and systems.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor junior IT staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and security.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

• 4+ years as a System Administrator/Infrastructure Manager.
• Previous roles as IT Network Analyst/System Administrator and Network Analyst/System Administrator are highly desirable.
• Experience in help desk support is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Servers.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of network security principles.
• Solid foundation in computer science and information technology.
• Effective communication skills.
