About The Role

Product Managers at Hello Heart are expected to have a keen focus on customer-first approaches, leverage platform-centric strategies, and foster strong partnerships across different functions. You will be responsible for crafting the strategy and vision of your product and driving the execution forward. Your work will involve developing pivotal products that influence the Hello Heart strategic path. You should be based within a Central or Eastern Time Zone state as this role will collaborate with our technical teams based in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to effectively engage users throughout their lifecycle, from initial acquisition to long-term retention
  • Utilize data analytics and user research to identify growth opportunities, user pain points, and areas for improvement
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, data scientists, analysts and designer
  • Design and execute experiments, and iterative improvements to optimize features, and overall app performance
  • Monitor trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry best practices
  • Communicate product growth initiatives, progress, and results to senior management and other key stakeholders
  • Own product features roadmaps end to end - gather and analyze requirements, write detailed PRDs and user stories, prioritize backlogs and lead development and execution processes


Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management, with at least 3+ years focusing on b2c mobile product
  • Proven track record in developing consumer products from concept through launch, including defining product strategy, conducting user experience research (UXR), and working closely with dev teams to launch under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and iterative product development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Problem solver and a creative thinker that can provide insightful and innovative solutions to any problem


Preferred Qualifications

  • Located in Central or Eastern Time Zone state in US
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics or related quantitative field
  • Experience leading hyper growth products or marketplaces within a startup environment


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000 to $200,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
