As a Sr. FP&A Manager, you’ll play an integral role in providing Financial Planning, Reporting, and Analysis services to support the financial reporting, compliance and development of the regional financial plans. You’ll be overseeing the profit and loss (P&L), as well as being the main point of contact for all balance sheet and cash flow reporting and forecasts.
Responsibilities:
-Supporting the CFO in maintaining the integrity of Business Financial Planning and Reporting Systems
-Acting as a delegate for business Finance Controllers, as needed
-Supporting the development and maintenance of the regional reports
-Reviewing, analyzing and managing project revenue, margins and cash flow to understand the key opportunities and threats the business should navigate
-Specifying and assisting in the development of monitors to measure financial performance against budgets, plans and targets
-Overseeing the development of and adherence to accounting policies, processes and procedures affecting the finances of the organization
Qualifications:
-A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 8+ years of experience in corporate finance or accounting OR;
-A Masters degree in Accounting with 6+ years of experience in corporate finance or accounting OR;
-Preferred - Public Accounting Experience
