Summary:

A conceptual, strategic copywriter responsible for the creation and execution of 360-degree campaigns for a travel-related credit card. Experience with both brand- and response-driven communications is ideal, as the copywriter is responsible for delivering big ideas, as well as more tactical, performance-driven executions. The copywriter collaborates with an art director to create content across a variety of media, including TV, online video, OOH, digital, paid social across multiple platforms, as well as brand integration and concepts for branded content. A passion for travel is a plus.

  • Strong strategic thinker who can translate a brief into big conceptual ideas
  • Demonstrates strong writing skills in both headlines and scripts
  • Ability to turn a big idea into a 360-degree campaign, including more tactical executions
  • Ability to adopt writing style to an established brand voice
  • Knowledge of best practices across digital and social channels
  • Experience writing for digital and paid social channels and an avid user of social platforms
  • Able to communicate and present work with confidence and clarity
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable managing a heavy volume of deliverables
  • Delivers high-quality work with an emphasis on quality control
  • Able to digest feedback and effectively revise work
  • Can multitask and manage changing priorities
  • Able to collaborate with team members across all departments and respect/follow processes
  • Good communicator and team player

Academic/Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

  • 7+ years of experience in a copywriting role
  • Knowledge of digital trends, innovations in culture, technology, and social media
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Upbeat, positive attitude
