The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with SAP technical certification and certification in a formal development methodology. They should have at least six years of IT experience, with five years in a developer role focusing on SAP Funds and Grants Management (FM and GM) in SAP ECC and S4. The candidate must have been involved in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations, from Blueprint to Deployment and hypercare. Additionally, the role requires expertise in change and release management processes, reliable task estimation, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach. Experience with SAP Finance HANA implementation, interfaces, LSMW, User Exits, BADI's, enhancements, and SAP PI/PO integrations is crucial. Knowledge of REDWOOD SAP Batch scheduling, Oracle E-Business Suite, Extract, Transform and Load technologies, and IT strategy and operations is also important. The candidate should be adept at driving change in large organizations and have extensive programming or systems analysis experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement SAP Funds and Grants Management solutions in SAP ECC and S4.

Participate in full-cycle SAP implementations, including Blueprint, Deployment, and hypercare stages.

Estimate time, effort, dependencies, and resources for development tasks accurately.

Manage change and release processes within SAP environments.

Integrate enterprise-grade financial systems, applications, and infrastructure.

Support and manage both on-premises and cloud SAP applications.

Implement SAP Finance HANA solutions and ensure seamless migration from ECC to S/4 HANA.

Develop and enhance interfaces, LSMW, User Exits, BADI's, and proxy developments.

Handle SAP PI/PO integrations and REDWOOD SAP Batch scheduling processes.

Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with senior executives and build strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Drive organizational change and ensure successful adoption of new SAP solutions.

Maintain a broad understanding of information systems and application architecture standards.

Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
