The Role:
JCDecaux is currently seeking a Sales Planner who will report to the SVP of Sales, Airports and will be responsible for facilitating the sales process with internal departments, manages contracts and timelines, troubleshoots issues, and creates detailed presentation decks.

This is a full-time position based in our Los Angeles office and will operate in a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports 1 Vice President and 2 National Account Executives of Sales and assists in all daily tasks as directed.
  • Works with VP of Sales directly on various projects.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the sales process, making timely decisions on ad program issues.
  • Track due dates and ensure timely completion by all parties.
  • Update and verify accuracy of client contracts.
  • Complete necessary paperwork for sales flow.
  • Forward creative information for approval upon receipt of PDFs.
  • Develop proficiency in HIVE & VIOOH systems for booking campaigns, requesting avails, and creating posting instructions.
  • Troubleshoot daily issues such as computer glitches and client needs.
  • Generate location lists and maps for clients/agencies.
  • Maintain progress charts of advertisers’ timelines for Account Executives.
  • Create detailed presentation decks in PowerPoint.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree desired but not required.
  • Strong team player.

Additional Information:
Base Salary Range: $51,000 - $55,000
Disclosed as required by the New York City Pay Transparency Law (11-1-2022)
