Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the sales team, ensuring that sales goals are met or exceeded, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales and market trends, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing sales strategies.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and management skills
Experience in automotive sales management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to analyze data and use it to develop sales strategies
Experience with sales forecasting and budgeting
Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience with Volvo vehicles or luxury automotive brands is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
