Retail Operations Coordinator

Aescape is looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator who can meticulously analyze and report on retail operations, craft robust policies and procedures, and provide comprehensive support to our store teams. You'll drive operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences as we revolutionize the way people experience wellness through technology. Collaborating closely with our Sales and Product teams, you'll be at the forefront of bringing Aescape's mission of better living through technology to life. This is an amazing opportunity to own the transformation of our retail operations and develop your skills in data analysis, process improvement, and customer service excellence. This role is based out in NYC 3-4 days week.

What You'll Do

• Prepare reports on retail operations, analyze sales data, and provide insights to leadership.
• Support store teams with day-to-day operations, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Develop and deliver training programs to equip retail staff with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to create a captivating customer experience that drives sales.
• Streamline processes, oversee inventory control, and ensure consistent operations across all stores.
• Develop, document, implement, and update retail policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Assist in planning and executing retail events and promotions.
• Own the retail communication portal and all published content.
