We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Engineer / Specialist to join our Connecticut team. In this role, you will manage the business and activities of the assigned geographic area with the objective of growing total sales and profitability. This role is critically important to ensuring the success and efficiency of the assigned area. You will:


  • Manage and execute the solution selling model and engage other members of the sales organization where necessary to ensure success.
  • Execute all phases of the Order Creation process, including creating demand for SPIROL products, lead response and qualification, initiating engineering reviews, and determining pricing and supply terms.
  • Perform annual business reviews for existing customers, and develop, execute and monitor the annual sales call plan, taking action when necessary.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the customer success team to ensure the highest level of customer responsiveness and customer support in sales related matters.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience providing technical solutions and executing the solution selling sales model
  • Degreed continued education preferred (Mechanical or other Engineering discipline). If you do not hold a degree, a demonstration of equivalent technical aptitude is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple functions to meet required deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to travel based on business needs and sales objectives.
