Regional Director of Online Education -- Remote | WFH

We are currently seeking a dedicated Regional Director of Online Education to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving company revenue and enhancing enrollment rates by spearheading marketing and sales initiatives. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Education, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of online education.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to promote our offerings effectively.

Lead and oversee the activities of regional Online Education Managers.

Cultivate executive-level relationships within school districts and educational organizations to boost sales.

Establish and streamline sales processes, and build and mentor a high-performing team.

Conduct market analysis, align with business development strategies, and refine marketing plans accordingly.

Nurture and maintain customer relationships while ensuring operational efficiency.

Create and enhance regulatory frameworks for both internal operations and customer interactions, guiding the team in their implementation.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience at an executive level within school districts or private schools.

At least 2 years of teaching experience in a school or school district setting.

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for business development.

Proven track record of building rapport with school districts and educational institutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
