Project Manager / Product Manager - Conversational AI

You’ll need to have:

● Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

● Ten or more years of work experience.

● Experience in product management.

● Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

● Master’s degree.

● Experience with Google Suite ( Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

● Experience with Generative AI philosophies, strategies, & implementation

● Experience in Chatbot, IVR, Digital Assistant, and/or channel support.

● Experience in Figma, Lucid Charts, Miro, or other relevant tools.

● Ability to independently think, strong collaboration and partnership skills, and attention to

detail.

● Ability to build strong collaborations with a diverse set of customers and stakeholders from

across the business. Ability to influence without authority
