Your responsibilities

Job Summary

The Project Manager executes day-to-day activities across a global team to ensure internal and contractual requirements are achieved in support of key global aerospace customer. The position reports directly to the Director and will assist in implementation of multi-year business growth strategy.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Development of project plans, business cases, pro-forma statements, and cost/benefits analyses.
  • Managing all aspects of business and related projects including communications, project status reports, issues management, and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct contract reviews and manage change control log
  • Assist with development and implementation of growth strategy
  • Consolidate business financial summary for monthly executive communication
  • Track sales rebate accruals and market pricing reconciliations

Qualifications:

  • Project Management or Sales Analyst experience (5 years)
  • Commodity Experience a plus
  • SAP experience and familiarity with using collaboration tools / sales tools
  • Must possess intermediate or advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Business Acumen
  • Facilitation and negotiation skills
  • Analytics and metric development
  • Thorough understanding of Project Management processes (initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing)
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to relate to Executive Management, business customers, associates and their department
  • Working experience of 4+ years in Project Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or Supply Chain - MBA (Preferred)

Job Compensation

$80,000 - $110,000 + Yearly Bonus Earnings
