Role Overview:

As a Product Owner, you will be a key member of our dynamic and collaborative team, responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our web-based product offerings, specifically for our 70+ local branch websites. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, prioritizing feature development, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and define the product vision.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and drive product improvements.

Define, prioritize, and maintain a clear and actionable backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the company's strategic goals and customer demands.

Break down product requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria for effective development and testing.

Regularly communicate project status, progress, and timelines to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
