Crescent Bank is looking for a Product Owner. In this role, the candidate will be leading efforts to ensure we are maximizing the value created by our development team, by representing the "customer", articulating the product needs, developing prioritized list of features, and user stories. They will work closely with both the business and the development team to ensure the targeted product functionality needs business needs, change management (in partnership with a PM/ Ops) and post deployment reporting/ monitoring (with Analyst)
This role will be supporting efforts for Loan Originations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Acts as the voice of the business and customers, clearly understanding their needs through process deep dives research
Prioritizes high value loan servicing projects intended to improve customer experience, lending strategies, and operational efficiency.
Curates requirements with business owners that ultimately will lead to valuable and successful deployments.
Aligns the organization on the loan origination roadmap.
Cleary articulate the strategy for features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Leads effort for refinement of the backlog with the development team.
Supports all deployment and Change Management activities including Business UAT, training, monitoring and reporting plan
Actively participates in key Agile and Scrum ceremonies
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
2-7 years’ experience as a BSA/ Product Owner
Financial services/auto lending origination experience a plus.
