What You Will Be Doing:

This role involves leading significant water and wastewater automation and control system design and implementation projects for utility clients across the USA. As a key member of the Engineering practice leadership team, the candidate will manage client interactions, working closely with operators, maintainers, managers, and engineers to ensure all needs are met and goals are achieved.


The candidate will also mentor less experienced engineers, develop their own skills through collaboration with subject matter experts, and contribute innovative solutions to projects. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, preparing deliverables and technical reports, and communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, the candidate will help utilities improve operations, sustain systems, and consistently produce and share quality data.

Requirements:

  • Registered Professional Engineer in the United States by examination or able to obtain PE registration within 12 months.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of relevant control systems design and/or system implementation experience and progressive Project Management experience.
