Bring your expertise in troubleshooting process bottlenecks and improving equipment reliability and performance in in high-speed production environments to a successful division of a global organization, by applying now.
Required Background: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering and at least seven (7) years of experience optimizing manufacturing processes, improving equipment performance and up-time, and developing and running capital projects. Industries that are relatable for this role are: consumer packaged goods (CPG), third party packaging, food, beverage, OTC bulk pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or other mass-produced high-speed manufacturing operations. A flexible, creative problem-solving mindset, and the ability to communicate across the business with electricians, technicians, vendors up to vice presidents is needed.
