Plant Engineer | Consumer Packaged Goods | Anaheim California

$100,000 to $120,000 + Bonus + Good Benefits

In this key role you will work with operations and the engineering as the bridge to ensure the top performance, reliability and integrity of the plant's processes. As the enterprise continues to expand and modernize you will work with the project engineering team, assisting with commissioning and training of maintenance personnel and operators for maximum product quality and throughput.

Required Background: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering and at least seven (7) years of experience optimizing manufacturing processes, improving equipment performance and up-time, and developing and running capital projects. Industries that are relatable for this role are: consumer packaged goods (CPG), third party packaging, food, beverage, OTC bulk pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or other mass-produced high-speed manufacturing operations. A flexible, creative problem-solving mindset, and the ability to communicate across the business with electricians, technicians, vendors up to vice presidents is needed.
