Clutch is looking for a Copy Supervisor with pharmaceutical agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities

• Develop persuasive and brand-aligned copy for various advertising channels.
• Lead and manage a team of copywriters.
• Collaborate on content strategies.
• Review, edit, and proofread copy.
• Engage with clients and present copy concepts.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Ensure legal compliance.
• Manage budgets and resources.
• Provide mentorship and training.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in a pharmaceutical advertising agency setting.
• Experience with DTC pharma deliverables.
• Multichannel marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in copywriting and content creation.
• Proven managerial experience and exceptional communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking, marketing acumen, and attention to detail.
• Client-focused attitude, adaptability, and tech-savviness.
