Permitting Specialist - CBH

Team CBH is growing! We are looking for a positive and professional Permitting Specialist to join our team.

Hours M-F 7am-4pm

Full Time 40 hours/week

Requirements


Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • The ability to take a proactive, self-directed approach & work independently
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, (Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint) & Google Drive/Gmail
  • Proficient & professional email communication
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and practices
  • Former experience in the electric industry is a plus
  • Knowledge/experience with QuickBooks and AP/AR is preferred
  • Exceptional support skills, including the ability to respond to members, internal staff, and others in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within established deadlines
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Willingness to effectively work in a team-oriented environment and alongside a highly committed staff
  • Positively represent Icon Electric/CBH Homes both in a professional and personal setting
  • Ability and willingness to work occasional early mornings and evenings
  • Oversee the job schedule for the field personnel
  • Clear and concise communication with the CBH warranty team, homeowners, service technicians, service managers, field supervisors, and office staff by answering the phone promptly, returning calls and emails in a timely manner, etc
  • Create and maintain accurate, complete, and organized paperwork for each job
  • Cross-train with other staff and Operations Manager to support the role in their absence
