Payroll Specialist

Primary Function:
- Administer payroll functions and perform related tasks for all entities, including processing the disbursement of biweekly and monthly payrolls.
- Perform day-to-day, payroll functions, including, but not limited to, processing new hires, transfers, terminations, leave events, deductions and garnishments, and performing benefits and tax procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal constituents regarding payroll matters.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of payroll processing experience.
- Healthcare payroll processing experience preferred.
- Lawson payroll system knowledge and Kronos Workforce Central knowledge are desired.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem solve, make decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong computer, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
