  • Check patient in/out, schedule patients for appointments with practice, specialist, radiology, etc. Answer/triage patient calls.
  • Work In basket and do call backs.
  • Referrals, precerts, scanning.
  • Healthcare Customer Service and EPIC experience highly preferred.
