Who we are

Attentive is seeking a Paid Social Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, this role will be responsible for the management, optimization, and growth of our digital marketing channels and website experiences.

• Own and execute campaigns across all paid social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, Twitter, etc)
• Create a paid social strategy to improve our cost per acquisition further
• Continue to evolve the paid social strategy, recommend optimizations on a weekly basis, and run monthly performance audits
• Present key learnings to the leadership team
• Able to calculate & track acquisition goals vs. costs
• Partner with the growth Marketing, design, and content team to share insights on what is working on paid social channels
• Maximize synergy between paid and organic social
• Leverage data-driven approach to improve campaigns performance QoQ, generate & analyze reporting data
  

• 3-5 years of professional experience working with social media ad platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook / Instagram, etc
• Performs delegated work effectively and offers proactive ideas for project improvement
• Independently manages own work queue and time to ensure deadlines are met
• Consistent quality of work output and strong attention to detail
• Offers proactive communication to manager in voicing ideas for improvement on assigned projects or identifying potential or existing blockers
• An individual contributor who adds to a strong team culture

For US based applicants:

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $110,000 base + equity + benefits

- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
