Inside Sales Representative
Salesfolks seeks a highly motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Representative for our client, Singer Safety, based in Chicago. As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities through outbound prospecting activities. This is an on-site role working M-F 8am-4:30pm from the office located at 2300 North Kilbourn Ave. in Chicago. Do to commute times in the Chicago market candidates living in (or moving to) the following postal codes will be prioritized: 60639.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, making outbound calls, and nurturing relationships with prospects. You will use your excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage with decision-makers, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions.

Compensation:
Base salary, plus 5% commission. Currently have sales professionals earning upwards of $100k annually

Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads using various sources, primarily manufacturers
- Purchasing agent, Managers, project managers, product manager, plant managers, engineers etc
- Make outbound calls to prospects and engage in consultative selling
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for our sales team
- Nurture relationships with prospects through follow-up calls and emails
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to build rapport and nurture relationships with prospects
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
