Superstar Team Member Needed for busy Orthodontic Office
We are a state of the art orthodontic practice, and are looking for a SUPERSTAR Team Member and professional, to be one of our Orthodontic Clinical Assistants. These positions are the face of the practice so you must be able to communicate effectively and build value in the Orthodontist and the practice. We are looking for the right person who can promote our Company Culture and Agrees with our Core Values to support our Vision.
Your job would be working directly with parents and patients, 2 years Orthodontic experience is recommended, and CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!! You Must also be Computer Savvy, can type well and familiar with computers, as our office is paperless.
The best candidate will have a Calm yet Friendly Personality, be pleasant, outgoing and professional. You must be able to pay attention to detail, be Efficient and Self Motivated, and a Fast Learner. Our SUPERSTAR must have Excellent Communication Skills and Listening Skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to stay composed under stress.
The position is available 2-4 days a week, and requires some travel to satellite offices as well as clerical and reporting duties. Your ability to problem-solve along with great organization skills will be used daily.
We are looking for someone with a great attitude, a team player and a friendly disposition. You will have the opportunity to work some key weekend and evenings at our practice promotion events. We have two offices, and you will have the opportunity to work at both locations.
We have an excellent pay structure along with a 401K Plan.
