The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick in Natick, Massachusetts. They will ensure exceptional guest service, efficient front desk operations, and smooth coordination with various hotel departments including Housekeeping and Breakfast.

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily operations of the hotel
Ensure excellent guest service by training and mentoring staff
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs
Oversee housekeeping operations
Oversee breakfast staff
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in operating hotel management systems
Knowledge of local and state regulations related to the hotel industry
