Operations Manager

Are you willing to join a creative and innovative Retail luxury team? Hublot North America looking for an Operations Manager to join our Miami Corporate team!

Key Responsibilities

Support Hublot Account network

1. Provide an efficient and immediate response to requests for product from accounts (wholesalers, franchise and boutiques) with main focus on Hublot boutique network, in case the Operation Manager is absence.
2. Oversee all invoices and freight contracts.
3. Serve as main contact for third party freight company. Resolve all order shipment/ customs related issues.
4. Oversee the receipt of all the goods into the inventory.
5. Maintain the Hublot of America stock in implacable state by conducting the inventory on the monthly basis, addressing and resolving any discrepancies immediately.
6. Support the retail network with opening and monitoring any UPS / Fedex claims
7. Correspond with clients, suppliers, freight forwarders to ensure the efficient shipping / delivery processes.
8. Communicate with the FTZ Administrators (“Expeditors”) to ensure all processes are in place and being followed to support the flowless operation.
9. Ensure that all export and import documentation is being stored and maintained according to established FTZ operation procedures.
10. Support the Hublot of America Network (boutiques, Wholesale, franchises and travel retail) with necessary operations materials
11. Invoice retailers for marketing requests – catalogs, furniture, presentation boxes, etc…
12. Report monthly order list based on product needs from retailers and current backorders to HQ. Report presold goods.
13. Support the retail and marketing team with any logistics needs.
14. Other activities as assigned by management

Manage Logistics team

1. Organize workflow and ensures that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
2. Manage the Logistics team (2 Logistics coordinators), the workflow and priorities of the department
3. Participate in hiring, performance review, training, development of the team
4. Monitor employee productivity and performance and provide constructive feedback as necessary

Profile:

1. High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor degree or equivalent education experience preferred
2. Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
3. Ability to adeptly manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
4. High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills, to be able to communicate with internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Proficient in MS Office – Word and Excel
7. Excellent verbal and written communication
8. Independent and proactive
9. Experience in working and running a Free Trade Zone
10. Experience and proven record of working with exporting goods
11. Experience in working closely with UPS/ Fedex and other carriers
