Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Office Manager to organize and coordinate office operations and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
    • Manage mail and other correspondence
    • Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders
  • Office Operations:
    • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
    • Manage office facilities and ensure they are well-maintained and equipped
  • Packaging and Inventory Management:
    • Manage inventory of products, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory items
    • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
    • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and replenishment of packaging materials
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
