Model/Event Entertainment Specialist

Job Overview:

Gorilla House Records is seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a

Blackjack Dealer/Event Entertainment Specialist. This role is responsible for providing an

engaging and entertaining experience for partygoers by dealing blackjack and contributing to the

overall success of events hosted by the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent

interpersonal skills, a passion for entertainment, and the ability to maintain professionalism while

creating a lively atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

- Entertain partygoers by dealing blackjack and engaging with players in a friendly and

enthusiastic manner.

- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive

experience for all event attendees.

- Control the pace of the game and manage the flow of players to maximize participation

and enjoyment.

- Explain the rules of blackjack to new players and provide guidance as needed to ensure

understanding and fair play.

- Monitor the behavior of players with authoritative direction, enforcing game rules and

maintaining order as necessary.

- Handle chips accurately and securely, ensuring proper accounting and reconciliation of

bets and winnings.

- Ensure the security of the cards and game equipment, maintaining integrity and fairness

throughout the gaming process.

- Interact with other event staff and vendors to coordinate activities and contribute to the

overall success of events.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a blackjack dealer or in a similar entertainment role preferred.

- Strong knowledge of blackjack rules, procedures, and strategies.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and entertain

diverse audiences.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, remaining calm and

composed under pressure.

- Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as

needed.
