Marketing and Creative Strategist

Sundae School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Creative Strategist to join our team. As a Marketing and Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engage our target audience in the fast-paced fashion and cannabis industry.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product to conceptualize and implement creative campaigns that will elevate our brand. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, conducting research on competitors, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in New York City, with a hybrid work schedule of 3-4 office days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive business growth

Create and execute innovative and engaging marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and events

Collaborate with the design team to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the brand message

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and recommendations for optimization

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective

Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

Gate-keeping and monitor the flow of multi-platform communications to and from the Office of the CEO

Requirements

4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Experience with market research and competitor analysis

Per state law must be 21+ years old
