We’re looking for an experienced Manager, Client Success to join our Client Success team. You’ll report to the GM of Strategic Accounts and work alongside collaborative partners and dedicated colleagues working to grow Truepill and support our mission.

The Manager, Client Success is a highly-visible, client-facing role – building long-term, trusted relationships. This individual's responsibilities encompass the comprehensive management of assigned client relationships, with the key objectives of retaining current business, fostering deeper engagement, driving new revenue opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

Success in this position necessitates a profound grasp of Truepill’s business processes, product offering, value proposition and approach, coupled with the ability to effectively convey these principles to clients in order to improve client loyalty. The candidate will partner with Truepill senior leadership, client success, and operations teams, as well as various internal departments, including legal, compliance, product, and engineering to ensure exceptional service and enable growth opportunities

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because...

  • You will strengthen client relationships to drive profitable revenue growth and execute on cross-selling opportunities.
  • You will spearhead the client success strategy having full accountability and ownership for assigned accounts and communicate growth strategy internally on regular basis
  • You will provide a uniform and exceptional client experience based on a deep understanding of each client's unique situation, needs, and concerns through measuring a set of key leading and lagging success metrics
  • You will proactively anticipate and identify client needs, prepare for potential problems or risks, and promptly offer suitable solutions to avoid client abrasion while also improving NPS scores
  • You will serve as the client evangelist successfully executing on what matters most to the client while also balancing the operational capacity and organization's strategic objectives
  • You will cultivate effective relationships with internal stakeholders, to advance Truepill's objectives while enhancing client relationships
  • You will partner with product and operational leads to inform and prioritize product improvements, feature requests and new offerings based on customer needs and growth strategies
  • You will actively participate in internal initiatives aimed at improving overall effectiveness
  • You will maintain a comprehensive familiarity with internal systems, procedures, and organizational resources required to effectively address client information needs

  • You lead strategically, while being willing and able to get in the weeds
  • You maintain a sharp focus on control and risk mitigation, knowing when to escalate issues
  • You uphold a strong sense of professional and personal integrity with high ethical standards
  • You show initiative, accountability, and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality work
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present investment topics to clients
  • You are effective in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • You are a confident self-starter capable of managing multiple projects
  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field with a strong academic record

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000 plus a generous incentive plan.
