The Maintenance Lead II at Golden Years will manage general maintenance of buildings and equipment along with training and developing less experienced maintenance team members to help them gain skills and confidence. Qualifications
HVAC certification mandatory
Familiarity with R22 and 410 refrigerants is beneficial
Ability to recover refrigerant
Driver's license required
High school diploma or HSE required
Proficiency in carpentry is a plus
Willingness to undergo prehire screening, including criminal background checks and a drug test
Responsibilities
Maintain all HVAC systems including preventative maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
Perform minor plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs as needed.
Utilize our digital work order system to track completion of assignments (equipment provided)
Develop and maintain respectful, professional relationships with residents, their families, and fellow team members.
Schedule
Full time (40 hours per week), hourly
Rotating on-call responsibilities
