Maintenance Control Technician
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A ROTATING SWING SHIFT SCHEDULE* 2 weeks of Day Shift (6a-6p), 2 weeks of Night Shift (6p-6a), 2 weekends Off. Each Work Week is 42 hours.
- Understand and follow all applicable safety and environmental requirements.
- Understand and follow parameters on work orders, schedules, and special instructions.
- Maintain, repair and adjust electrical equipment including circuitry, manual & electronic controls, motors, inter-locking systems, heating controls, sensing devices, DC & AC drives.
- Install electrical for all new equipment.
- Document & maintain electrical modifications to equipment in schematic drawings.
- Proficient with various PLC's and have the ability to maintain, troubleshoot and must be able to make program changes.
- Trouble shoot and calibrate equipment.
- Proficient with all machine drives such as Digital, Servos, Analog and VFD's.
- Input information into the maintenance management systems and keep documents and records complete.
- It is understood that this list of responsibilities is not all encompassing and that we are all expected to do any other duties that may be assigned to our jobs.
- Must act in a professional manner and have a positive work attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
- 3 to 5 years' experience as an Electronic Tech or equivalent electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Alan Bradley and/or Siemens is a plus.
- Must have education, electrical training, experience and initiative to work in a safe manner.
- Physical ability to perform the required work including bending, climbing, stooping, handling heavy materials (50 lb.max.), and equipment components in and around the plant.
Pay: $36.77 per hour
