Floating Leasing Consultant for Apartment Community

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (day off during the week)
Saturdays 10:00 AM-4:00 PM

As a Leasing Manager, you will:
Be responsible for all aspects of leasing an apartment home, including the pre-qualifying, touring, application, lease execution, unit walk, and move-in process.
Locate and qualify prospective residents.
Maintain social media sites, and improve the community's online presence and reputation.
Open and close models. Walk units to ensure they are presentable for tours and are move-in ready.
Implement and update the marketing program, including posting advertisements, ILS accounts, and outreach marketing.
Adhere to the Affordable Unit Deed restrictions of the property.
Maximize resident retention, execute lease renewals, and move in and out tenants.
Process move-outs and security deposit refunds/forfeitures if needed.
Provide customer service to future and current residents, including taking in and addressing any work orders or services issues.
Oversee Leasing Team and Revenue for the Community.
Understand revenue management pricing system, market competitors, and factors impacting rates, and provide feedback regarding rates and adjustments as needed.
Follow the paperless process and tools outlined for the entire leasing life cycle.
Be available for any other projects that may come up related to the portfolio and open to any other roles and responsibilities implied with the position or outlined in the company handbook and manual.
Strong candidates will have the following:
An Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Accounting software, and Internet software.
50+ WPM Typing speed.
Ability to pass a stringent background and credit check. Must have a valid driver's license. (Any misrepresentation of this will result in an immediate termination)
