Position Summary
As the IT Systems Administrator Manager, you'll be a key part of our Business Technology and Innovation (BTI) team. You'll contribute to the company's success by managing our software infrastructure, maintaining IT support, and ensuring all team members have the tools they need to exceed our business partners' expectations.
Work Environment

Located in Miami, FL
Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in-office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), 2 days remote (Monday, Friday)
Key Responsibilities
IT Management
Administer Microsoft365 portal and applications
Manage IT support ticket system, prioritizing and solving issues
Execute new hire and termination processes
Conduct quarterly IT trainings for team members
Oversee network infrastructure and hardware
Project Management
Manage IT-related improvement projects from inception to completion
Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports
Security
Implement and maintain high-level security protocols
Perform regular security tests and audits
Manage system permissions and information security policies
Leadership and Collaboration
Participate in team meetings and special projects
Promote company culture through actions and leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
A+ and N+ Certifications preferred
5+ years in IT support and help desk environments
2+ years of Microsoft365/Active Directory management experience
2+ years of ticket management and documentation experience
2+ years of leadership or managerial experience
Proficiency in various operating systems, software, and hardware technologies
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with network infrastructure, security protocols, and IT project management
