Job Title: Interim Executive Director - Senior Living Community

Location: Bluffton, Columbia, and Greenville, South Carolina - This position has the potential to be based out of any of these locations. This is NOT a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management: Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care and service.

Team Development: Inspire and support a team of dedicated staff members to achieve their full potential.

Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and the local community.

Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, resources, and financial planning to ensure sustainability and growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Leadership: Experience in a senior living or healthcare management role is essential.

Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with residents, families, and staff.

Problem Solver: Ability to navigate challenges with a strategic mindset and a positive attitude.

Passionate Advocate: A genuine passion for improving the lives of seniors and enhancing community life.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or a similar setting.

Assisted Living Administrators license a plus. If applicant does not have licensure, applicant must be able to obtain licensure in South Carolina

Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.

Ability to travel between Bluffton, Columbia, and Greenville as needed.
