This is a full-time W-2 outside sales position where you will develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers. Your role involves conducting in-home sales presentations, closing high-ticket deals, and traveling within the Maryland area.

Job Description:
This is a full-time W-2 outside sales position where you will develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers. Your role involves conducting in-home sales presentations, closing high-ticket deals, and traveling within the Maryland area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional sales presentations of our products and services to homeowners.
- Travel to/from appointments and complete assessments of customers’ needs.
- Close sales by effectively presenting financing options.
- Participate in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis.
- Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Collaborate with the team for continuous improvement and success.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in high-ticket sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Previous in-home sales experience is a plus.
- Must have a car and be willing to work 6 days a week (pick your one day off).
- Average first-year compensation: $100,000 - $150,000, with top performers earning up to $200,000.
- Weekly commission payouts.

- No cold calling or door knocking required for experienced candidates. (Entry-level candidates may start with door knocking if they lack sales experience.)
- Paid training for the first two weeks so you can earn money while learning. We teach the full in and outs of the presentation, how to measure projects digitally, finance portal, etc.
