This team is implementing the IAM product called Provision (a software tool that works with Active Directory) which involves new employees coming in, different roles, & how they get the access they need. They've been working on this for the past few months.
Someone who has done a successful IAM implementation as a project/product manager.
Holding vendors accountable
We aren't looking for someone who goes into Active Directory hands-on.
Step in and understand (not just manage the project)
Understands what's going on in the IAM space, someone who asks questions.
Keeping people on track and asking the right questions
They have a roadmap (it likely needs work) and they have a good idea of where they want to get to
They have the applications, the roles, the access, the order of events, etc. need to likely be reviewed again.
It's a cloud-based package, there's options for integration, there's APIs included, and this team does the mapping. It's basic data that's getting transferred from one system to another.
