Human Resources Consultant

We are looking for a Human Resources consultant with robust systems acumen who can pull reports from our system and analyze data for our HR leadership. This position offers an opportunity to:

• Support the building out of job descriptions for assigned functions
• Work on building and analyzing reports in our HR system
• Support the build of presentations for leadership
• Work with a team that spans the globe

This is a short-term contract for three to four months.

Required to be successful:

• 2-3 years of human resource analytics experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with intermediate-advanced Excel
• Detail-oriented, ability to respond to queries promptly, ability to communicate effectively, and ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Ideally, this person will have experience with SAP SuccessFactors
