Job Summary

Description:

The Human Resources Associate will provide general personnel administrative support to the Corporate & Technical Functions Human Resources team. This position maintains personnel and organizational data, processes personnel actions, and provides support directly to supervisors and HR Business Partners. If you are selected as the HR Associate, you will be handling and maintaining confidential information and data. In addition, you must have some proficiency in SAP, Workday, and Microsoft Office 365 products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Word).

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing support to the Corporate & Technical Functions Human Resources team and related leaders as needed on various personnel-related activities including updating data, preparing reports and analysis of data
  • Supporting the HR team and supported groups through the successful implementation of the Workday platform
  • Processing various, and occasionally sophisticated, HR related system actions (Org Management and Personnel Actions, etc.)
  • Analyze various data integrity audit reports to ensure system accuracy, work with various process and data owners to remediate issues
  • Responsible for the complex processing and coordination of payroll country transferred employees. Work with various countries to ensure requests have been submitted and processed timely and accurately
  • Maintain the organization structure for client groups. Ensure that positions and organizations are available when needed and position attributes and reporting relationship structures are defined properly
  • Consult with HR Business Partners and managers during acquisitions, divestitures and business reorganizations to ensure changes are received and processed accurately and timely.
  • Assist with SAP / Workday HR data reporting
  • Coordinating and facilitating New Hire/Intern orientation and onboarding process: web form submission, I-9 authorization, first-day HR orientation, longer-term (90 days) onboarding activities
  • Working closely with HR Shared Services, Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development on various HR activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements Serving as Document Records Coordinator.
  • Preparing Affirmative Action Plans as requested
  • Developing and maintaining positive work relationships with recruiters and Pre-employment Due Diligence (PEDD) associates on obtaining new hire/intern information and clearance.
  • Participate on projects as needed
  • Providing some general administrative support as needed, including booking meeting rooms, organizing catering, etc.

Basic/Required:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
  • 1+ years of HR experience or data processing experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with an ERP system such as SAP or Workday
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Word

Preferred:

  • Advanced proficiency with all of the following data applications:
  • Data Warehouse
  • SAP
  • Power BI
  • Workday
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate and interact effectively with a wide range of internal and external clients
  • Ability to establish priorities and budget time in order to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by courageously dealing with important problems, holding others accountable, and standing up for what is right
  • Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals
  • Generates effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical
