We are seeking a talented and influential Associate Vice-President Human Resources Strategy Consultant to drive problem solving, facilitate cross-group collaboration / working sessions, and to articulate strategic business opportunities. This key role will be an individual contributor responsible for framing strategic initiatives within the HR team - developing targeted presentations, research and viewpoints, and to contextualize complex and complicated problems drawing from disciplines such as human resources, strategy development, business analysis, and process management.

This role will be working across a broad spectrum of stakeholders including executive leaders and subject matter experts across the firm. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively frame questions, challenges, and opportunities, both qualitatively and quantitatively, for discussion and consumption by executive audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • For key business initiatives, be able to frame scope, goals, and deliverables that support business needs in collaboration with varied stakeholders
  • Provide strategic consulting and change management support; to identify the best ways to approach organizational opportunities, align different stakeholder perspectives, and determine implementation options / risks
  • Develop presentations and communications for executive management, representing complex issues in an easy-to-follow way
  • Create documents, frameworks, visions, and analysis (quantitative and qualitative) to help solution critical business issues
  • Synthesize data and insights into executive presentations to facilitate business decision-making
  • Facilitate working sessions to storyboard challenges and opportunities with the desired outcome of developing clear and concise materials executive leadership discussions and decisioning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in strategic consulting and/or strategic program management

  • Experience in dealing with interested parties to gather feedback and share ideas.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and iterate on executive-level materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Successful candidates will possess strong consultative and influencing skills.
  • Must be extremely organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a rapidly changing environment with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
  • Must have a professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to multi-task, work on multiple priorities, work independently and as a team in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Products proficiency.
  • Detail oriented and organized with the ability to be comfortable in ambiguous and challenging situations.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships across multiple teams and levels of management.
  • Intellectually curious, desired to explore strategic topics to understand the key drivers, options / what-ifs and next natural steps to act on opportunities.


Pay Range:

$96,300.00 - $160,500.00

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
